Write for a Bright Future 7/11

3:45pm Thursday March 1st, 2012

Writing is an adventure!

Every Thursday after school young writers who live or go to school in the immediate area join us in producing all kinds of creative writing as part of an adventure tourism project.

We will be using the local area as inspiration to create stories, poems, comics, maps and quests. Through this we hope to produce a series of playful adventure tours, which will be researched, tested and written by our young writers. Working with specially trained writing mentors, young writers will be supported through the creative process and have the chance to share their ideas and explore new ways of bringing their writing to life.

Write for a Bright future is open to young writers aged 8-13 who live or go to school in the immediate area. Enrol by visiting Hoxton Street Monster Supplies, or for more information e-mail us, or phone 0207 729 4159.

Writing mentors please register below to volunteer for this session, and remember to arrive at least 30 minutes before the start time.

There is now only ONE session on Thursdays and this runs from 3.45 – 5pm.
