Weekday Shop Volunteers Wanted

Do you have retail experience? More importantly, are you sensitive to the needs of London’s gruesome, terrifying, and often misunderstood monsters?

Hoxton Street Monster Supplies is looking for outgoing and friendly volunteer shopkeepers to sell quality monster goods to London’s living, dead and undead. Our East London storefront offers such everyday items as Tinned Fear, Guts & Garlic Chutney, Miniature Eyeballs, Impacted Earwax and more.

As you know, monsters tend to wreak havoc on weekends while humans are at play, leaving weekdays to get their shopping done. Due to this influx of weekday monster visits, we are looking for volunteers to staff the shop in the afternoon, Tuesday-Friday from 1-5pm. We’re flexible to fit with your life, but need a regular commitment, as little as one shift a month.

All proceeds from Hoxton Street Monster Supplies go to the Ministry of Stories, a volunteer led charity helping to inspire a national of young storytellers. This special world just behind the Monster shop shelves offers free writing workshops and mentoring to young people aged 8-18.
